Whether teachers should also be assessed is a remaining dicussion for long time. On balance, I agree with people who believe students can evaluate their teachers in accordance with certain benchmark. Disadvantage of evaluation Critics argue that the evaluation can result disputes on the performance of teachers and challenges on education performance. In fact, students might prefer teachers who play favortism and have relatively loosen standards on class discipline than those who place a strict standard on the students. it cannot be ignored that many of students are just too young to understand the essense of toughness delievered by some teachers. Advantage of evaluation Dispite the possible ineffectiveness, evaluation can contribute to better education in two aspects: better perfomance of the evaluated teachers and better engagement of students patisipating in the assessment. The essence of cutlural and artistic development has to be identified. This development, however, should not be the priority of the whole society whose pursuit is the sustanability of social develpment. These asthetic projects which embloden knowledge and experience of our citizens and enrich their lives should be considered as important as economy. Notwithstanding, these spendings trade off the benefit acquired from our economy. Therefore, with high expectation on artistic and cultural enrichment or enlightment, one should realize that economic develpment is the aid.
Cutting the budget spending on non-economic project lead to a better economic function and shape of the whole society whose citizens have less burden on taxes vis-a-vis a society with marverous buildings and statues in despite of poverty, social wellfare, unempoloyment and high taxes. considerablly. However, it has to be considered that family nuturing plays a more important role than intelligence quality in a child's life. Throughout history the excellent leaders and ethusiastic entrepernurs who received successful childhood development were more successful and determined in their positions. A good family education, in fact, leads to a good character of the child who has good chance to continuously perform better than his counterparts in the society. A child living in a loving and peaceful family environment tend to be more thanksgiving and forgiving than those had bad childhood memories.
